RED ROSE OF LANCASTER CONCLAVE No. 190 TEAM VISIT |
| On Thursday the 28th of March 2024 the members of Red Rose of Lancaster Conclave gathered together at Widnes Masonic Hall for the Installation meeting of Red Rose Conclave No. 190 preceding which a meeting of the Cuerdley Consistory No. 56 T.I of the Order of the Scarlet Cord had been held which had commenced at 5.30 p.m. |
| Due to the unavailability of the S.R., Wy. Bro. Alan Doyle, Wy.Bro. Geoff Gill opened the Conclave and after the general business of the meeting had been addressed the Provincial Grand Supreme Ruler and his acting officers and Arch of Steel entered and the Provincial Grand Supreme Ruler accepted the gavel and took the Chair of the Supreme Ruler while he introduced the acting officers in attendance and welcomed R.Wy.Bro Tony Stringer, Provincial Grand Supreme Ruler for Cheshire & North Wales, a member of the Conclave, to West Lancashire. |
| Wy.Bro. Geoff Gill then resumed his place as acting Supreme Ruler an Installed Wy.Bro. Ian Richards as the Supreme Ruler and presented the Warrant, Constitutions and By-Laws. The Address to the Supreme Ruler was given by Wy. Bro. Andy Bibby and the Lecture on the Weapons was presented by R.Wy.Bro. Tony Stringer, Provincial Grand Supreme Ruler for Cheshire & North Wales. |

| Following the meeting, a most agreeable social board was enjoyed by everyone and, thankfully, the responses to the Toasts were kept brief, especially that by the R.Wy. Prov.G.S.R. who did remind everyone about the Provincial Conclave meeting to be held on Saturday 21st September at Preston and also the Grand Conclave meeting in London on the 14th November 2024 and he hoped members would put both dates in their diaries and support those who will be receiving Provincial or Grand Honours. |
